Derek was the only person that was able to find me a suitable mortgage which enabled me to get onto the property ladder 10 years ago despite me having an unfavourable credit history (due to not having any bills in my name etc). Since then he has helped me secure a bigger mortgage when I was looking to move and he always calls me when my mortgage deal is about to expire so I don't even have to worry about looking for a new deal myself.
