Derek was recommended to me by a friend who had nothing but praises for him and i completely agree! I've never had to apply for a mortgage before but Derek was so helpful every step of the way. He explained everything, sometimes even better than the estate agents and my solicitors. Communication is fantastic too, he always replies very quickly and keeps you updated. Also he goes above and beyond. After I had my mortgage approved he could have left it at that but the rates went down twice and both times he contacted me to see if I wanted to reapply at the lower rate.
