I cannot recommend Derek highly enough. He has been so helpful and thorough in his guidance, and always willing to look at other options when things changed. He was so reassuring and supportive - I only wish that everyone was as efficient as him in the house-buying process! Will be recommending him to all my friends and family, and definitely using him again to remortgage in future.
